Provide administrative support at an exceptional level to Managers including, but not limited to: 

Managing complex calendar and travel for a team

Typing and preparing client proposals, correspondence, slides and graphics

General administrative support - telephone, mail, copying, faxing, filing, e-mail distribution lists as well as office related projects/tasks

Organize conference calls and video conferences with worldwide offices

Organize and schedule client and internal meetings and events; prepare logistics/equipment arrangements 

Provide back-up production and administrative support to co-workers 

Prepare weekly timesheet and expense reports

Perform general office duties/assistance as needed, including back-up reception coverage.

Update mailing lists and databases


The candidate we are looking for will have:


Fluent, business level, written and spoken English communication skills, Arabic is an advantage

A professional services employment background in a finance, legal or business support environment

University Degree and at least 3 years experience supporting Director level or above

Advanced Microsoft Office (formatting, track changes, mail merge) Excel (pivot tables and formulas) and Powerpoint

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

A hardworking attitude, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure

Professional demeanor with experience in a multinational environment
