Our client, a multinational professional services firm, is seeking to hire a L&D Coordinator for their Dubai office supporting the L&D team in the Middle East. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 


• Working directly with the L&D manager on training implementation
• Running the operations (management of local trainings)
• Collaborating with the L&D assistant

 

 

Skills and Experience Required:

 

Candidate should have the following skills:
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to build relationships with all levels 
• Proactive and self-motivated

Candidate should have the following experience:
• Prior L&D experience
